2019-2020 YEARBOOKS

The 2020 yearbooks were distributed on June 23-24. If you prepaid for a book and haven't picked it up yet, they are available for pick up in the front office UNTIL TUESDAY, AUGUST 18. Any books that are not picked up by August 18 will be considered unwanted and may be resold.

If you want to purchase a 2020 yearbook, we will sell extra books on THURSDAY, AUGUST 20 at 10:30 a.m. in the MHS library. You may get in line before 10:30 to ensure your place in line. We will start selling books at 10:30 and will sell them on a first come, first-served basis until we sell out. They are $70 cash or check made to MHS. If possible, please bring exact payment, as we may not have change early in the day. Extra books cannot be reserved or paid for in advance.

Order forms/letters will be mailed in September that will provide ordering instructions and a customer number, but you don't have to wait for this letter to order. You can order a 2021 yearbook simply by going to and searching for the Memorial HS ordering screen.  2021 yearbooks are $60 until Spring 2021. They always sell out, so be sure to order early. Yearbooks are not sold at school ...only through Balfour.

You should have received information about placing a senior ad in the 2021 yearbook in an email from the school that was sent in late June and again in mid August. An ad contract and other ad information were included in the email and are also linked at the bottom of  this page and/or available from a yearbook staff member. Ads for the 2021 book are due on September 10 by 3:30.  Please do not ask for an extension on this date...we have very little time to get the ads completed and sent to the publisher, so it is important we have all the ads turned in by Sept.10. Payment alone does not hold ad space. We must have everything turned in on Sept. 10. You can for your ad on campus or you online at when you order your yearbook. If you choose to pay for your senior ad online, please make a note of your online order confirmation number on your senior ad contract, which will still need to be turned in by Sept. 10. We will also need a flashdrive with the pictures for your ad, as well as the text you want in your ad turned in by Sept 10.

If you are sending a pre-designed ad or a senior photo from a professional designer/photographer, PLEASE NOTE THIS on your ad contract. Photos or ads from professional photographers can be sent to

We will send PDFs of the ads to parents by email for proofing. Please make sure to include a working email (that is legible) on your contract so we can email you the proof. If you have not received a proof by late October, please contact Obviously, we do our best to ensure that no mistakes are made, but it is very important that parents  check their ads to ensure accuracy before the ads are sent to the publisher.

In order for 2021 seniors to appear in the senior section of the yearbook, they need to have their portrait taken at ChildChamp Photo over the summer or in early September.  Please go to  to make your appointment or call them at 832.284.8787. Please make EVERY EFFORT to have your portrait taken at ChildChamp over the summer. If you don't have your portrait taken by mid-September, you will not appear in the senior section of the 2021 yearbook.
