Friendly reminder to MHS existing clubs: Please make sure all permission slips, attendance, and agendas from the first semester have been submitted to your faculty sponsor AND that they were uploaded into the Faculty Clubs and Organizations folders for your club.  Failure to upload these items will result in a cancellation of your club.  Notifications on discontinued clubs will be sent out no later than January 30th. 

These links will be available until January 21st at 4:00 pm. Any club (new or returning) must submit BOTH the packet and the Signatures Page.

Clubs approved in the Fall of 2025 do NOT need to submit another proposal.

Clubs that receive an approval to begin in Spring of 2026 will be notified by Dana Johnson via email no later than January 28th.
