(a) To foster school spirit through artistic expressions at organized meetings

(b) To educate and inspire student artists of all grade levelsabout ARTCARS and the positive reactions they create

(c) To educate and share the creative techniques behind the creation of an ARTCAR

(d) To help various Charities thru partnered events

(e) To provide similar and related services as determined by the membership and executives
