Anyone interested in Latin can join. Only active Latin students can run for office. Only Latin II and Latin III students can be nominated consuls (presidents) from eligible candidates. Following the Roman political system, two consuls are selected every year. Other officers are: praetor, quaestor, scriba, aedilis and tribunus. These officers are elected at the first fall meeting. Dues are $ 10 per school year. Activites include two-three parties per year, e.g. Saturnalia and Lupercalia. Dues are used for educational supplies.
