The first day packets are now on-line. We hope that will ease the workload of all the parents responsible for filling out forms and maybe even save a few trees in the process.

We suggest you work through the links on the right, starting from the top. Keep in mind that some forms have to do with the student (SBISD forms) and some have to do with the parent (Be a Volunteer link). You'll find that you can even pay online for some things.

We hope you're as excited about this as we are, and that it makes the "parent homework" that first week go a little more smoothly.

                                 Back to School Forms

Dear Mustang parent - Welcome!

This webpage contains links to the paperwork required of parents at the start of school. This is very different from last year, and parts of it are mandatory for all students.  This same material was sent out via email in mid-August through the email trees, so if you received the email and followed the links then, you do not need to do so again. Likewise, some, but not all, of these forms will be / were sent home in the First Day Packet, and if you completed them then, you don't need to do so again.

Why all the duplication?  We're transitioning to a fully-online system, and this is the bridge year where some forms are available both printed and online, for your convenience.

This material is due by Friday, August 31. Forms should be returned in your student's First Day Packet on or before that day.

REQUIRED OF ALL STUDENTS - hard copies must be signed and returned. These documents can also be found in the First Day Packet.

1.  SBISD Student Registration / Back to School forms - This requires that you use your Family Access ID and password. If you do not know them, please contact your grade-level office at 713-251-2500.
