Report cards are mailed home after the sixth six-weeks. Other academic progress reports and report cards are distributed to the students at school.

Grade changes:

  • Questions about grades should be addressed to the teacher(s) involved.
  • The teacher forwards corrections to the registrar.
  • Corrections will be reflected on the next report card.
  • Counselors advise the registrar when a student moves from an advanced class to an on-grade-level class at the end of a grading period. Grades are adjusted for changes made at the end of the first, second, fourth, or fifth six-weeks. The adjustment follows SBISD guidelines and can be viewed in "Secondary Grading Expectations".
