About Me

  • I graduated from Truman State University in Kriksville, MO with a BS in Biology and a minor in Chemistry. I moved to Houston to attend Baylor College of Medicine where I was working towards a PhD in Molecular and Human Genetics. I realized that the classroom was truly the place I needed to be so I left graduate school and became certified to teach Life Sciences. I have just completed my Master of Science in Science Education from Montana State University-Bozeman.

 

  • This is my sixth year at Memorial and teaching Biology and is my fifth year to teach AP Environmental Science.
