About

I teach Level 1 Spanish. I am in my 28th year as a public school educator and my 20th year here at Memorial High School.

I hold certificates in: Secondary Spanish, General Elementary and Bilingual/ESL Elementary

I earned my B.S. in Education from the University of Houston.

I organize an annual golf tournament at the end of the school year to raise money for a scholarship that is specifically for MHS graduates. Applicactions for the scholarship are available with Sr. Rosales and Ms. Homer. The scholarship is named after my deceased brother. The Luis Jaime Rosales Scholarship has been awarded to 31 MHS graduates in the past 5 years. Make-Ups

Make-ups are before school starting at 7:15 am until 1st period begins. Please inform Sr. Rosales of your intentions to come for make-ups at least one day before. 9th graders may also come in during their Study Hall. Non freshmen may come periods 1-4 if there is no conflict with another class.
