The make-up policy will be followed in accordance to the MHS handbook.  However, to make-up an absence or ISS days you must write a one page summary over a dance article from a magazine or from the internet.  This can be over anything that pertains to dance.  You will have three days from the absence to turn in your make-up work.

Tuesdays from 3:00-3:45 in the Markette Room

Dance will be graded on the following areas:

60% participation

40% written test, skill test and quizes

Participation is considered dressing out and activily participating in class every day.  You will receive two grades per week:  one for dressing out and 20 points will be deducted daily for not dressing appropriately for class and one grade for activily participating in class and 20 points will be deducted for sitting out from class with out a proper note from a parent.
